Information we collect
When you apply, we collect your first and last name, email, phone number, main fitness goal, chosen investment range, start timing, and optional text-message choices. When you book a consultation, we collect appointment details and communications about it. Please do not put medical history or sensitive health details in this marketing application.
Our website host and form and scheduling providers may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver the pages and widgets, such as IP address, browser information, referral page, and page requests. If you contact us, we receive what you choose to send.
How we use information
We use your answers to assess whether current NEO coaching options and start timing may fit, respond to your application, arrange and confirm a Google Meet strategy call, answer questions, and maintain records of your request and communication choices. Applying does not enroll you in coaching or charge you.
Text and email choices
Text-message consent is optional and separate from applying. If you choose application and appointment texts, we may send messages about your request and booked call. If you choose marketing texts, we may send coaching and booking follow-up messages. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. We may also email you about your inquiry or appointment; marketing email, if sent, will provide an unsubscribe method.
Service providers and sharing
Netlify hosts this landing page. HighLevel, including its LeadConnector forms and calendar, processes applications, contact records, appointment data, and related messages for NEO. Google Meet provides video consultations. Providers that deliver email or SMS may process contact and message details. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell application contact details to lead brokers.
Cookies and tracking
The application and calendar are embedded from HighLevel/LeadConnector and may use cookies or similar browser storage for their operation. Our host keeps standard server logs. This landing-page version does not intentionally load a Meta Pixel, Google advertising tag, or separate analytics or session-replay script. If we add advertising or analytics tracking, we will update this notice and any required choices before doing so.
Retention and security
We keep applications, bookings, messages, and consent records for as long as reasonably needed to handle your inquiry, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Access is limited to NEO personnel and providers who need it. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can decline optional text consent. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, contact contact@neoperformancelab.com. We will review requests under applicable law and may need to keep certain records. This site is intended for adults seeking in-person coaching.
