NEO Performance Lab is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technologies. We want every visitor to be able to learn about our coaching, read our content, and apply to work with us without barriers.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we also apply applicable WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criteria. This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA: most content conforms, and we are actively working through the items that do not yet.

Known limitations

• Our client testimonial videos (Jerome, Gerald, Jared) include spoken audio and do not currently have captions. If you need the content in another format, email us at contact@neoperformancelab.com and we will provide a written summary.

How we assess this site

We evaluate this website through self-assessment: automated testing (axe-core and similar tools) and manual keyboard-only testing. Issues found are tracked and remediated on an ongoing basis, with periodic screen reader spot-checks.

Technical information

This website is built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and is designed to work with current versions of major browsers and assistive technologies, including screen readers and browser zoom up to 200%.
