The coaching

Make your effort
add up.

You want muscle and strength that matter years from now. A clear plan. A coach who knows where you are and what comes next.

A plan built around you

Start where you are.
Keep moving forward.

If you’re just starting, you may not know what to do. If you’ve trained for years, you may not know what to change.

At NEO, a coach starts with where you are, guides the work while you train, and adjusts it as you progress.

Build muscle

See the work
pay off.

You want to look in the mirror and see that the time you’ve put in is adding up. More muscle. A body that looks as strong as you want to feel.

Increase capacity

Strength for life
outside the gym.

Carry the bags. Take the trip. Keep doing the things you love. You want strength that matters when you leave the gym, too.

Improve consistency

Keep getting
stronger.

You want to feel proud of what your body can do and look forward to what comes next. A plan that grows with you gives the work direction.

Client stories

In their own words.

Silvia wanted more from her workouts.
Gerald was tired of feeling sluggish.

Silvia

“My workout is like my identity now.”

Silvia was already working out. She wanted to make the most of her time and effort. At NEO, she valued the attention and education she received. Her exercises changed as she made progress.

“I’m definitely stronger.”

Gerald

“Enough
is enough.”

Gerald remembers feeling sluggish and short on energy. What he liked about NEO was how straightforward and actionable the training felt.

“There’s no guessing.”

A few things to know

Before
you apply.

I’ve already worked with a trainer. How will this be different?

We don’t know how your previous trainer worked, so we can’t compare directly. At NEO, your coach starts with your goals and training history, guides your sessions, and adjusts your plan as you progress. Use the strategy call to talk through what you’ve tried and what you want to change.

Do I need to be strong or experienced already?

No. We work with people at all levels and pair you with a coach experienced in working with someone at your starting point.

Does NEO offer physical therapy or rehab?

No. NEO does not offer physical therapy or rehabilitation. We use physical therapy principles to inform scientific, evidence-based strength programming, but we do not provide rehab or treat injuries. If you need physical therapy or rehab, please seek a qualified provider in the area.

What if I have an injury or a health condition?

Get cleared by your doctor before starting. During the strategy call, we'll discuss whether training at NEO is appropriate for you or whether another provider would better fit your needs. Our goal is to help you build strength and fitness, but NEO is not a substitute for medical treatment.

Can I train one-on-one?

Yes. Concierge Personal Training gives you one-on-one sessions with a coach keeping a close eye on you throughout each session, plus much more flexibility in scheduling.

How often do I need to train?

It depends on your schedule and goals. For most people, we recommend at least three training sessions a week. If you can train less often, you can still make progress, but reaching your goals may take longer. We'll help you choose a schedule you can sustain.

Is there a long-term commitment?

No, we don't have long-term contracts. Your training package typically renews every four weeks. Because coaching space is limited, if you leave the program, your previous time slot with your coach may no longer be available when you return. You may need to join a waitlist.

How soon can I start?

We have very limited coaching space at NEO. We only work with people who are ready to begin now, subject to available session times.

Is Guided Training a group class?

No. You follow your own plan while a coach works with clients in a shared space of up to 8 people. Coaching times are based on demand, so we may add or adjust them.
